Rocket Teacher Training 50h with David Kyle
As many of you know, I’ve been trying to bring David to Munich for a long time, and I’m so happy to finally say: it’s happening.
From 22–26 May 2026, David will be in Munich to teach his first-ever Rocket Teacher Training at the Yogaloft. I truly can’t wait for you to meet my teacher and learn from one of the most highly trained students and close friends of Larry Schultz, the creator of Rocket Yoga.
This training is a deep dive into the Rocket system, designed to empower teachers and dedicated practitioners with both structure and creative freedom.
What you’ll learn
During the training, we will explore:
The Fundamental and Classical Rocket Vinyasa series
Rocket 1, Rocket 2, and Rocket 3, covered in detail over the course
Modifications and variations to make Rocket accessible for beginners
The Science of Sequencing: a lecture on teaching methodology where hybrid and advanced Rocket Sequence will be taught
Strength-building drills and cross-training techniques to support inversions, transitions, fluidity, and grace which are all core elements of the Rocket practice
Who this training is for
This training is designed for yoga teachers who have completed a minimum of 200 hours of teacher training.
A minimum of one year of teaching experience is recommended, but not required.
You will receive a 50-hour Yoga Alliance certification.
This training has limited spots available so reserve your spot as soon as possible!
If you’re ready to deepen your understanding of Rocket Yoga, refine your teaching skills, and immerse yourself in a lineage-rooted yet playful practice then this training is for you.
